Day 4 - Round about Cape St Francis

I woke up feeling a little sore as the mattress is quite thin and we usually double up the mattresses when we use the roof top tent. We will have to make a plan for tonight as the bones are really taking strain. Our resident oyster catchers were around for breakfast and Lesley enjoyed feeding her birds again.
We had a bit of a mix up with the campsite as the receptionist said we could choose anywhere, so we chose a site away from everyone which just happened to be in the area which they normally close when there are not many campers around. Saves gas and cleaning another ablution. Well they had to open the ladies side of our ablution and we both used that. Had it all to ourselves. Now that is what I call first class camping!
Today was a chill day as we were only going to go into Jeffrey’s bay to see what the place is all about. First call was a certain factory shop where some fortunate people had presents bought for them. We could have spent all day in there. Then it was off to the mall to find a coffee shop with wi-fi. The mall is huge and I suppose is a sign of what type of town J-bay has become. We found the coffee shop and managed to upload everything in the 30 minutes we got free.
Then it was off to the beach for a nice walk and look around. On the way back we stopped off at Paradise beach to have a look around.
The Morris Club was having a rally in our resort and when we got back there were Morris Minors, of all types, everywhere. I immediately thought of our friend, Malcolm and his dad, who are involved in a vintage car club in Cape Town.
Supper was a braai and then early to bed as tomorrow is a long drive.
